Our department is dispatched by Suffolk County Police Department communications bureau over the fourth precinct radio band. All calls for service in the Village, including fire and ambulance, should be made through the 911 system. Only requests for general information or vacant home notices should be made through the office phone. To do otherwise will only cause serious delay in response, or no response at all.
We work closely with our neighboring departments, Nissequogue and Suffolk County, which serves to ensure continuity of service to all area residents through this cooperation.
